Question type: Car Customization

i have a 99 explorer 2wd with a new transmission and a rebuilt motor i enjoy driving off road in the woods and stuff, i dont go through deep mud and dont want to but i found a cheap 3 in body lift kit for it and was wondering if it would help with swaying and bottoming out and handiling when i am off the pavement

it wont really help with bottoming out since the frame and drivetrain are in the same spot. and if anything it would probably sway more since the center of gravity would be higher. so personally i wouldnt do it.
