Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck lost power while driving and it was hard to

and it's making a loud noise any ideas

When the engine stops, the power assisted brakes will not function and will require more force to stop the car. "ed" is right, you are probably in limp mode and need to have the cause checked out by a reliable shop.
