Did you fully bleed the air out of the cooling system when you changed the parts? If not could be air locked. If you know it's not air locked then feel the two radiator hoses going to the heater core(engine must be at operating temp). Is one hot and the other Luke or cold? If so you have a stopped up heater core. Is neither really all that hot? Then you are air locked/low coolant or faulty water pump. Are both hot? If so then you have a blend door actuator motor acting up or broken blend door. I suspect you have a blend door issue. It's a common issue on these vehicles.
