Have 05 sierra motor blew installed 4.3 from 98 jimmy tyranny won't engage

How about more information? I am guessing that you might have an issue with the ECM controlling the transmission and the old engine.

The engine fires runs great. Checked fluid levels all good. The sierra is 2wd and the replacement motor from 4wd98 Jimmy.
