Non standard VIN

I'm trying to list a car that was imported into the United States. This car does NOT have the typical VIN. CarGuru isn't letting me list it because it says the VIN is invalid and it isn't letting me list my license plate either. What do I do?

blue metal plate in motor bay passenger side has the chassis number EA11R-1xxxxx The engine number location is indicated in the parts manual first page
