No. The 1994 Geo Prizm is a re-badged Toyota Corolla. Altogether different, your Prizm is a Chevy in name only, it's a Japanese design manufactured in California alongside the Corolla on the same assembly line. There are other reasons also, getting the ECU to communicate with the key, the systems are way different.
