Why is my 1994 Geo Prizum dumping fuel?

My Geo Prizum is dumping fuel through the injection system to the point it fills the crankcase with gas.  We've replaced everything in the system that makes sense.  I'm at a loss of what to try next.  Engine is good and has good compression.  My local toyota guru is at a loss.  Help!

have you checked the E vap system.but it sounds like your throttle body needs replaceing.
