Why won't my Galloper start even though the clutch is pushed in?

Battery and cables are good

Even with the pedal to the floor, the safety switch might be open. Remove any floor mats and push on the button. You should be able to feel and hear it click. --- On my car, I used longer bolts with nuts on the back and moved the switch out. My wife doesn't have to push down as much that way.
