can i put 15 icn wheels on crown vic that has 16 inch wheels

If the wheels clear the calipers they should work provided the bolt pattern and offset are the same.

AND IF THE OVER ALL SIZE IS SHORTER YOU WILL BE GOING SLOWER THAN THE SPEEDO SAYS

Check your clearance on the 15's and make dang sure that nothing touch's. if it does do not use under any circumstances!!!!
