Try jumping it with another battery. If it cranks and turns over and starts running then it is your battery. Also, if your new battery dies prematurely, have a mechanic check your charging system as it may be the primary cause of the dead battery. IF the battery is good, have a mechanic check your starter. If the starter is good, have the mechanic check your ignition system. Assuming your engine is not seized then it should be an easy fix. Good luck!
