My Ford bantam doesn't want to
start every time when its rainfall

If its not cranking and not starting when raining or damp, Remove the steering column covers and use a hear dryer on warm and apply the heat, by blowing on the Key reader for a while. It should then start. The key reader needs to be repaired.
