My Ford bantam 2007 1.3 rocam has a problem of
engine sound the plugs are not all firing and when I
check them they are wet with oil. What may be the
issue

Perform a compression test. Set the spark plug gaps ant 1.00 mm. Check the starter relay. There might be a short circuit in the relay.
