Hello is there maybe someone who can help
me with advanced on my Ford Batam 1.3I
2008
My list of Problems
1:My bakkie is idling between 1200&3000
2:My bakkie is loosing its power well driving
revs goes high but it kindy feels like the
bakkie want to die (almost the feeling like you
running out of petrol) and heavy on petrol
On problem 2 I did change my petrol filter and
air filter and new spark plug and someone in
my town said it could be my handbrake so I
also changed the handbrake cables but the
problem is still there and also they cleared
the codes
Please guys help me with advance, Im staying
in Jeffreys Bay and the guys here can't seem
to help me

This type of problem, I don't think it could be the hand brake system. The vehicle would battle to take off and there would be a smell from the rear brakes. Check the spark plug gaps, they should be 1.00mm. Check for fault codes in the computer box system. It sounds like this could be the oxygen sensor problem. There are a few guys who work in Humansdorp who might be cable to help you.

The handbrake was faulty if I drove a long-distance there was a smell but I did change the handbrake cables, I've checked the spark plugs and spark plugs is 1.00mm, I will go and check the oxygen sensor I really hope it worked because I can't understand because the my bakkie have really low mileage its got 104 000km on the clock
