I have a 2009 Ford Bantam, the cluster lights and tail lights work randomly. The combination switch arm on the left handside seems to get warm . IS the combination switch faulty or is it more serious

GuruT9NRD, Yes the problem is the combination switch. It should not get warm, and this is what gives power to both the dash and tail lights. When you replace it, also check for burned wiring at the connector and repair it the right way. If it is burned or melted in any way, replace the harness from the switch or replace the end connector with a new one. Craigfer
