Did you fit a genuine Ford Coil ? I've found that over the years some pirate coil packs can be suspect. It coild also be the coil drivers in the Computer Box. Try another one off another vehicle. These Computer Boxes can be repaired.

I have tried that, a coil from another vehicle vehicle, it failed to run smooth on my car but it work well on the owner's car. I will have the coil drivers checked. Thanks!
