Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ford Bantam 1.6ixl 2006 model. Recently overhauled. Running reasonably
well before engine overhaul. But now has a serious jerking problem
especially at 90kph upwards.
secondly, the car has a strange noise coming from the engine head. its a
ta-ta-ta-ta sound like something is loose. I was told to change Hydraulic
Lifters after the overhaul with a completely new cylinder head.  Problem still
persist. Please help.
