A way to check is to engage the A/C or Defrost when the car is warmed up. They will automatically kick on the Fan. If the fan doesn't come on, they are most likely shot, or there is a wiring issue. Either way, invest in a code reader from Amazon for like $20. It can be very helpful in addressing any issues the vehicle has EVEN if there are no warning lights on. Best of luck!

Could also be the PCM. Switch the ignition ON and the disconnect the ECT Sensor plug and see if the fan runs high speed.
