turnning steering it switches off

My bantam does not want to start normally I must accelerate and turning
steering it switches off

I'd suspect an electrical short in the column or a defective ignition switch.

There is possibly an idle up switch for the power steering system. That is when you turn the steering , the power steering switch sends a signal to the computer box while the engine is idling to step up the idling a little.
