1.4 ford bantam starts and cuts out

Hi there i have a ford bantam 1.4 it starts and cuts
and has a maasive vacum sound im jist spent R190
on a idling jet and R210 on a ignition module it road
perfectly around the block and on the way back it
cut out and started again but cut out as well so uf
you have any advice or something please tell me
