Get a couple of eight inch pieces of all thread rod of the appropriate size ( I think I used 3/8"), some nuts and washers. Taper both ends of the rod so they will thread in easier. Install the rod in the body mount nut, slide the strap on the rod and use the nuts to raise the tank. When you get one strap near the top, replace the nut with the regular bolt.
