where is the headlight relay located in a 1990 dodge ram with the v8 engine

we tested all the relays on the wire harness and the headlights work when hooked up to a hot wire, fuse is good, no obvious wires damaged

the headlight relay is under the hood, you will see a cover that says "relay/fuse center". it is under there

Did you test the switch? Headlight switch is also suspect here.
