2000 ford expedition truck cranks no start with key tried making a copy it wont program key said he tech!! whats my  problem how can I fix  help asap

With a Ford Product you need TWO working keys to program additional keys. You need to be towed to your local Ford Dealer for repair and programing. HTH. -Jim
