Yes, same engine.

Yes, and a suggestion. When the donor engine is out of the vehicle, check the guides and tensioner for the cam on the rear of the engine if the engine is a SOHC. They are prone to failure and the engine has to come out to repair/replace. May be worth doing some replacing while out.
