What is the engine idle speed for a 3.9 liter 1994 dodge Dakota sport!?

95 Dakota. I'm running at around 650-8 I've done a full tune up minus the ignition coil. Fixed most vacuum leaks also. Is it the ignition coil and wire?

Slight fluctuation between 650 and 800 rpms. Not enough to be a TPS or something similar.
