My headlight on driver side fuse keeps burning out

You may have to get a wire brush and give the contacts a cleaning perhaps there is excessive resistance building up on the contact point. CRC makes a electric contact cleaner if you cannot get in that are. The headlight shell may be leaking moisture in that area. If so I would address that issue first. Good Luck!
