Usually i hate these cars because they are riced out, but in your case,i kinda like it, nice job.

i have a questions where did you find the 420a block? i have a 1996 neon 2dr and i want to build a good amount of power for it.

335

the bottom end stuff is the same as a Mitsubishi eclipse 420a for you. but your head is backwards compared to mine. your exhaust is by the firewall not the radiator. if you want stuff like pistons rods or crankshafts, look at CImotorsports.com (under 95-99 Mitsubishi eclipse non-turbo) if you want stuff like cam gears camshafts lifters and rockers, i have no idea what would work for a neon or not, or where to get stuff like that.

do you think if i put a 420a block and everything in my neon it could work?

335

with enough money and time/expertize you could get anything to work. but no i don't think it would be easy, or even worth doing to be honest. but i really don't know very much about the neon 420a, so i'm not a good person to ask. search on the internet for Neon Forums and join, and ask them.

pretty nice! I'd get some straighter side skirts (less curvy) and racier wheels if I was you. I think that would really set it off nicely.

i do have another set of 17" rims. they are 5 spoke. black with a silver lip, and a silver center cap. the side skirts are the best looking ones made for this car. not a lot of options to be honest.

Those sound nice! I was thinking black wheels with a silver lip would look cool. You should post a pic. This skirt looks pretty clean: http://www.bodykits.org/_pics/844413products2130promo_pic.jpg

yeah that's the other style. and i think their is 1 other option from razzi. i like the ones i have i guess. that picture, i wonder where he got that hood. my hood is custom made, and better than that one by the looks of it.
