Clicking noise from my chevy s10 2.8 L

My 1985 chevy s10 is clicking really loud and
seems to be coming from the front part of the
motor. It’s really bad when the idle is high or when I
give it gas. It’s really annoying and it just barely lost
oil pressure when the clicking got really bad
