i have a 96 neon that the rad fans dont work.

In the ac mode both fans should run reguardless of engine temp.  With hot engine fans dont run either.  There is no voltage at fan plug in either case.  There is only a fuse, not a relay at the power distribution box behind the battery.  What next.

You have to look under the battery tray there you will find your 30-75 dollar relay...

I have this problem also and have changed the relay under the battery tray and still no working fans.
