help ?????????

i have 1990 subaru brat it idels fine but it wont rev out and it tops out at 19mph but
two plugs arnt ingnighting the fuel i have checked them and they have a strong
spark and there is fuel in the tank can anyone help me out thanks

You need to perform a compression test. You probably have no compression in those two cylinders. Remove the plugs, check compression, then add about 2 ounces of oil into the spark plug holes and recheck compression. If compression goes up, you have a problem with the rings. If compression does not go up, you have a problem with the valves or head gaskets.
