How to replace cylinder 3 misfire on a 5.9 dodge Dakota 1998

An OBDII code of 'misfire cylinder 3' ... Probably P0303, right? That does not point out what to replace. Maybe nothing. If it is P0203 that is an injector, or circuit to it to 'tell' it when to inject and how much fuel to inject.
