does a 1999 dodge grand caravan have a blower motor resistor and if so where is it located?

blower only worked on high for a long time now it works intermittently. From what I
understand I need a blower motor resistor

Sounds about right. 30-40 bucks, shouldn't be too tough to replace. Should be under the dash on the passenger side.
