Fuel pump, 2000 Dodge Stratus

Asked by Feb 06, 2018 at 10:22 AM about the 2000 Dodge Stratus

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was driving my car yesterday and
all of a sudden it shut off, I waited a
little bit then it started up again. I
did some running around and it
shut off again, this time it let me sit
along the highway. Is it possible the
fuel filter is bad, and are there other
things to check 1st, before
replacing the fuel pump?
