2000 dodge ram van cranks but won't start

head was cracked so i replaced the headgasket and heads. we've checked timing, compression, fuel, wires, code scanner (no error codes) we've got spark but it only cranks no backfire no ignition nothing. help

I'd check output voltage from the coil with a sparkplug~ also supply voltage to the coil (packs)~

Was distr installed correctly? Was plug wires installed in correct order?
