Changed Both Cam And Crank Position Sensor Now All I Get Is A Click Noise

I Have A 2000 Plymouth neon and it died on me
while driving on the highway I had to get it towed
due to the fact that I couldn't get the jump to work I
got it towed changed the cam n crank position
sensor now all it does is click when I try to start it
at first it would try to start but not turnover now it
just clicks someone help !!!

And the only code I get from the car is p1684 which is something about the battery
