2000 dodge dakota put new blinker switch on and the blinkers still don't work,please help me

Blinkers  don't  work  even after replacing  the  blinker switch

Note the diagram. I'm not sure what testing you have done? Have you checked voltage and ground, anywhere? Right now I'm thinking voltage. You can use a test light. See the two fuses, check them both. See the flasher and the two wires that carry voltage to the turn switch, note the wire color, use test light on wire, if it flashes like a turn signal, so far so good.
