I've done aligned all the necessary parts up on my timing chain and my van still doesn't start. even change the spark plugs and made sure the #1 piston is up can any body tell me what's wrong.

Was it running before you did the change? If so double check that all wire harnesses are plugged in correctly. If all that checks out o advise to take it back apart and make sure everything lines up properly when you roll the engine over by hand. Sounds like you might have missed a timing mark. I have done that before myself.
