2000 dodge caravan will not start

The  van will not turnover with the key and the radio will not work. I checked all fuses and relays and they all come back good. I have checked to make sure it is in park , and reverse lights come on when I put it in reverse. If I take the top off the relay and push the points together , it will turn over but not start.  I changed the electrical part of the ignition and still nothing with the key.
