2001 neon heating problem

2001 neon only gets look warm, changed
thermostat, rad cap, check blend door, no
leaks, blower motor is good, AC works
excellent, not sure what else to check is the
vaccum lines some where?

Sounds like radiator or heater core maybe clogged try flush cooling system

flushed the heater core and no difference in temperature, both the rad hose and the hose going get hot to touch as well, any other ideas.
