car wont crank over,

horn stopped working, I replaced the fuse and now the car wont crank over. when I turn the key on the dash lights up, and there is a small red circle on the lower left corner that lights up checked all fuses and they are good

First make sure battery is good,and if you do not hear starter at least click,check starter,when a fuse blow,s sometime,s create,s short,s on other weak thing,s,may have short,ed out you starter.
