I would clean trans with some degreaser and brush. After allowing it to dry take for a short drive. Then with van idling carefully inspect trans for where leak is. Sometimes placing a large piece of cardboard on ground under trans will help locate where leak is located. I suspect front seal or pan seal. Over tightening of pan bolts can make a small leak even worse. Hope this helps.
