Will a 2004 dodge Durango be interchangeable with a 2001. Engines and transitions are the same.?

im guessing you mean like a 4.7L 2004 version to a 4.7 2001 i dont see why not so long as it doesn't have mds and you use the sensors for the 2001 version. Also double check the tone wheels for cam and crank between the two years to make sure there the same.
