Replacing engine on a 2002 Dodge Stratus...
Hooking it up to the torque converter and the
engine is only turning 1/2 a turn. What would cause
this?

Is the engine locked up? Try removing all the spark plugs and then try to turn it over.

It's not hooked up to power... It's in the manual cranking of the engine.
