car wont crank after i turn it off

i have a 2002 dodge intrepid and after running it for a little bit when we turn it off we have to wait almost an hour for it too crank again,we have put a new cam shaft sensor and a crank shaft sensor on it...

Sounds like the exact problem im having with my 97 lumina just wanted to let you know i was advised to replace the fuel pressure sensor in the tank but that did not help .
