I have a 03 Grand Caravan that when the wind sheild wipers go off it will turn the radio of for a second and shieft to neutral. if you take your foot off gas it will shift back in gear.

sounds like a chassis ground issue....the 1/0awg battery cable that connects to the chassis ground needs to be wirebrushed clean of any corrosion that might be slowing down the 300 cold cranking amps that may be put thru it~ LUG and Ground...both~
