where is the serpentine belt

Hi twingirlmom. This is one of those "if you have to ask the question you probably don't want to do the job" things. The serpentine belt is the flat rubber belt in your engine compartment that wraps around and turns all all of your Caravan's secondary systems like power steering, water pump, alternator etc ... Replacing it requires a little strength, a lot of patience, considerable flexibility, and a good sense of humor. It can be done by the mechanically inclined however, even in the "field". If you want to do it at home make sure you buy a copy of your Chilton's manual for the Caravan so that it can get you through the job the quickest, easiest, and least painful way possible. You should be able to find one locally in the library, a book store or parts place, or you can search for it on ebay or Amazon.com. Good luck!
