Dear Norine-- Replacement of that ash try on your 2003 Dodge Durango should be fairly simple. Most cars nowadays are sent to the dealers without an ashtray and they are added on if the driver is a smoker. When you buy the replacement, hopefully at a Dodge dealer, ask the man at the parts counter to show you how to install it. These parts people know everything and are usually very helpful. I have even seen one guy follow the customer to the parking lot and install the part for her. Good luck from Bovan.
