Power breaks arnt working.

Brakes are stiff. Its hard to stop vehicle.
Hisssssssing noise that I can only hear from
inside the cab and the engin revs to about 2000
rpm whenever I push on the brake pedle

Im gonna see if replacing the booster works. This truck has always been kind strange when it comes to the breakes. It has seemed to rev alittle whenever I apply the breaks. Since ive had it anyway

Well, I replaced the booster and im happy to say that the problem is solved. This truck idles better too. I even went ahead and replaced all the fluid in the brake system too cause the old fluid was very black.
