Brakes

Some times after driving it hard then
slowing down the brake pedal will go
about half way and stop. And it will pulse
down and stop but sometimes it will do it
and you can't push the brakes in at all. the
pedal goes about half way and stops. Even
when you push as hard as you can it won't
moves or stop the truck almost like it's
loosing vacuum

Well it sounds like you have multiply Issues, first I would check your Master cly, and your Proportion valve, and it also sounds like you have hard spots on your Rotors, when was the last time you had your breaks done
