1991 GMC C1500 won't start.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck started fine 28Jan18 after new fuel filter, plugs
and after a new ICM was installed a week prior. Fuel pump
buzzes, but I inspected the fuel injectors and no fuel came
out. I don't k ow if it's the Fuel Pump or the MAP sensor.
Can anyone help?

Does it start if you spray starting fluid into the throttle body ?? What's the fuel pressure ?? Hook up an induction type timing light up to the coil wire and have someone turn it over and shine the timing light into the throttle body to see the mist pattern of the injecters
