Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Yesterday my truck started deciding it doesn't want to go in reverse at times. Also when on the interstate I can get to about 60mph then suddenly she stops accelerating and the RPMs shoot up.... Any suggestions? I just check transmission fluid and topped it off.
